Top operator incentive terms and conditions
This incentive is open to all operators booking any of Aviate’s airline partners through Aviate.
The incentive period runs from 03 January 2018 until 30 April 2018.
There are four categories that can be won.
Any one agent can only win in one category. Should one agent win multiple categories they will be entitled to one prize and the runner up in the other category(s) will be deemed the winner
Four categories are:
Top overall operator (deemed so at the discretion of Aviate and taking into account many factors deemed appropriate by Aviate, included but not limited to: revenue, pax numbers, growth, ticketing numbers).
Most improved operator (rewarded purely for growth during the incentive period).
Best newcomer (specifically for operators who have a new account with Aviate in the last 12 months).
Comeback King (an operator where we can see bookings returning to Aviate).
The winner of each category will be rewarded with half price fees from 1 May 2018 until 31 December 2018, across all airlines, destinations and booking classes.
The winner of each category will also be rewarded with a budget of £500 which should be used to reward reservations team members.
To claim the £500 reward the winner will need to invoice Aviate to the value of £500 and detail the reward the team received. This will be paid within 30 days of the date the invoice was received by Aviate.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate at the end of the incentive period.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Not applicable to group bookings.
Winners will be notified within 10 working days of the incentive end date.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or promotion
Aviate retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Aviate retains the right to withdraw this incentive at any time.
